Lingering Glances
If you find the girl looking at you for more than a few seconds then there is a HUGE chance she is checking you out. Also, if you have a conversation with her and after finishing it and breaking eye contact, she is still looking at you, that is another giveaway.
Subtle Touches
If you find that she subtly touches you, this is the best sign that she wants you to make a move on her. She may reach for a drink or lean over your desk whilst being really in REALLY close proximity or touch you on the shoulder as she tries to get past you in a crowded area.

How to Get a Date in 25 Minutes
I remember well how I as a 16 year old sat on online dating sites day and night. It fascinated me that I could sit in my little teenage room and have contact with beautiful women all over the world.
Unfortunately, it was never much more than talk and hours of friendly letters back and forth - except for a few boring dates. Admittedly, I was young and obviously had little experience with women, or girls as it was called then, but I made many of the same mistakes as I see full grown men do today.
1) I was not sexual enough in my letters - I wrote to them as if I would be their friend
2) I was not focused enough on meeting up
3) I was not man enough - I let them decide what we should write about and followed their lead
Things have thankfully changed since then and today, I can log into any online dating site and have a date with a beautiful woman within 20 minutes.
It is of course not all of you readers who are interested in a date as quickly - if you'd rather sit and write in 3 months to find the perfect date which has the potential to become your new wife, it is obviously fine with me - but my experience is that most single men find it rather cool to be able to get a date with a lovely woman so quickly on an online dating site.
For me it is quite natural - I just write what comes to mind, and it works almost every time. But in 1 minute I'll try to break what I do down into a series of steps so you can start getting the same results as me.
I assume that you already have a good photo on your profile, have a good profile text, and so on.
First, let's remind ourselves of the fact that:
1) Women love sex as much as men do
2) Women who use online dating sites is online to meet men
Remember that. And now, let's look at what to do.
1) Log on at night and find an online user whom you find attractive and who's living in the same city as you

3) Interpret her response as if she is crazy about you - and answer teasing and flirtatious back. Continue in this way and become gradually more and more naughty. Continue at a pace you can feel she is comfortable with and continue until you tell her how dirty you're going to treat her.
4) When she is about to be really hot then become more friendly and tell some honest things about yourself and your life which makes her trust you. If she is not comfortable with you, you'll never get to meet her.
5) Tell her that you are heading out to eat, but that she should send her phone number so you can catch her later.
6) Send her a text (SMS) later in the evening, and continue the teasing and and naughty dialogue you had online. That takes her into a good mood again as soon as she reads it. When she is really hot again call her up and say that you just rented the best DVD movie ever, but lack a place to see it. Say you come over later, and ask for her address.
7) Go to her place and have a good time.
The above can be done in 25 minutes, but it obviously depends on how quick she is responding, and how good you are.
There is obviously no guarantee that it fits into her plans that evening - but if you do the rest with success, she is certainly ready for a date the next day.
It requires experience to do it successfully every time - but the model itself is excellent.
